5. Fees & Charges

Our fees and charges are set out in our Initial Disclosure Document which will be provided to you before we begin providing services. Our fees may include:

5.1 Payment Terms

Fees for mortgage arrangement are typically payable when you submit your mortgage application. Other fees will be invoiced as agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

5.2 Cancellation

If you decide not to proceed with a mortgage application after we have provided advice, we may charge a fee for the work completed up to that point. This will be discussed with you before any work begins.

6. Privacy & Data Protection
